Competition Results
We don't just train, we compete and we win. This is a showcase of the medals and podium finishes earned by me and the athletes from Team Barbellhouse at state and regional weightlifting championships.
Strength Foundation: The Big Lifts
The core of our program is building raw strength by focusing on the three main powerlifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift. We systematically track your one rep max (1RM) to ensure you are constantly progressing and getting stronger.
Olympic Lifting Technique
As a competitive weightlifter, I provide expert coaching on the two Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk. We break down these complex movements to help you build the explosive power, speed, and technical precision required.
Youth Athlete Development
We specialize in training young athletes under 14 for their specific sports, including badminton, cricket, and skating. Our program focuses on building a strong athletic foundation with safe, age appropriate exercises that improve skill and prevent injury.
Speed, Agility & Conditioning
To be a complete athlete, you need more than just strength. We build explosive power, speed, and endurance through a variety of methods including plyometrics, field drills, sprints, and high intensity conditioning workouts.
Our Community at Barbellhouse
We are more than just a gym, we are a team that supports and motivates each other inside and outside of training. From intense group workouts to our annual cricket league, we foster a strong community spirit.
