We build a champion's foundation for young athletes aged 8-14. Our coach-led sessions prioritize safety, technique, and explosive power for sports like badminton, cricket, and skating.

We are building the future of sports. Here, I am coaching young athletes under 14 for the State Mini Olympic Games, focusing on correct movement patterns, technique, and making strength training safe and effective.

About Youth Athlete Development

This is not open gym access where kids wander around. I run highly supervised, coach-led sessions where we strictly use PVC pipes and lightweight technique bars to master the hinge, squat, and press. We build the foundation first, prioritizing correct movement patterns to keep your child injury-free while developing the speed and agility needed for their specific sport.

We don't mess around with heavy weights for kids. Our program for ages 8-14 is built on discipline, biomechanics, and consistency. We start with the basics, learning how to hold a stance, how to breathe, and how to move through space effectively. Whether your child plays cricket, badminton, or is training for obstacle courses, we break down their sport into the physical qualities they actually need.

My approach is intense but calculated. We use the 5000 sq. ft warehouse and artificial turf tracks for ladder drills, sled pushes, and plyometric work. We do this not just to tire them out, but to improve their reaction times and coordination. By the time we track progress through vertical jumps and simple strength tests, they are not just getting fitter, they are learning what it means to train with intent.

Safety is non-negotiable. I personally oversee these sessions to ensure form is perfect before we ever increase the intensity.
