Winning on the platform is not just about lifting heavy. We spend 12 weeks peaking specifically for your meet date, calculating your attempt selection mathematically so you do not bomb out on your openers. Whether it is water loading for a weight cut or managing your warm-ups backstage, we handle the logistics so you can focus entirely on the bar.
Getting to the podium requires more than raw strength. It demands technical mastery of the rules and strategic preparation. I train lifters for Indian Powerlifting Federation (IPF) events, not for Instagram feeds. When you join my 12-week peaking cycle, we work on the math of the platform. We practice the specific commands—Start, Press, Rack—so you do not lose a lift on a technicality. My coaching includes advanced meet-day strategies: water loading and sodium manipulation to get you into your weight class safely, and professional backstage handling where I personally manage your warm-up timing and attempt submissions. We train out of Ultimate Gym in Bhubaneswar, but my online mentorship brings that same level of rigor to lifters across the country.
