My coaching philosophy is simple: mechanics, consistency, then intensity. Here, I'm providing hands on support to help a client master the mechanics of a bar dip, ensuring she builds strength on a solid foundation of proper form.
Fitness is for every stage of life. I work closely with clients to adapt workouts for their specific needs, like creating a safe and effective training plan for this amazing mama to be. Here she is, 34 weeks pregnant, tackling a modified Murph workout.
I don't just talk about fitness, I live it. This was me competing at Hyrox Mumbai, pushing my limits and earning a podium finish in the 50-54 age category. I bring this same competitive drive and discipline to every client's training plan.

We don't believe in quick fixes or cheat codes. Whether you are learning your first barbell lift or modifying workouts for pregnancy or injury recovery, our coaches watch every single rep to keep you injury-free. You can see how we scale movements from Olympic weightlifting to bodyweight drills, ensuring you build real strength at your own pace.
Our Training Philosophy
We operate on a simple, proven flow: mechanics, consistency, and then intensity. We don't jump straight into crushing high-intensity sets on day one. Our Level 2 coaches drill your movement patterns until they feel right. Only when you show you can move well consistently do we start turning up the intensity. This is how we keep our community training for the long haul, not just for a before-and-after photo.

- Real Scaling: If you see a workout, know that it can be adjusted. We have seen it all, from complete beginners to 34-week pregnant athletes modifying Murph. We ensure you feel comfortable and safe regardless of your starting point.
- Technical Coaching: We don't just count reps. We provide real-time feedback on your lifts, whether it is a snatch, a clean, or a simple box squat. We use video analysis to break down your form so you can move heavier weights safely.
- The Facility: We train in an industrial warehouse setting in Yemalur. No fancy AC, just proper Rogue and Bullrock gear, Concept 2 rowers, and the best community energy in Bellandur.
