Yoga for Runners & Athletes

As a runner myself, I design sessions that focus on active recovery and injury prevention. We work on mobility drills, dynamic stretches, and targeted poses to release tight muscles in the hips, hamstrings, and calves, helping you run stronger and smarter.

Mobility & Flexibility Flows

These sessions are designed to unlock stiff joints and release tension, especially in the hips, shoulders, and spine. Using props like foam rollers, walls, and yoga wheels, we focus on mindful movements that improve your range of motion and help you move with more freedom and ease.

Strength & Conditioning

My practice is not just about flexibility; it is about building functional strength. This includes bodyweight exercises, arm balances, and core work, sometimes incorporating gym equipment to challenge your stability and power.

Our Yoga Community

Yoga is a shared journey, and I love the energy of practicing together. I lead group sessions for all levels, from intimate classes to large corporate and community events, creating a supportive space where we can all grow on the mat.

My Personal Practice

The mat is where I come back to myself. It is my space for *abhyaas* (practice), reflection, and finding *sukoon* (peace). Here are some moments from my own journey, the poses that challenge me, and the quiet times that ground me.
