About My Practice & Progress
You might see perfect poses online, but my real practice is much messier. It involves a lot of falling, learning, and honestly, just showing up on days I feel like doing nothing. That is the progress I really value—the decision to keep going even when it is tough. I have always believed that yoga is not a destination or some fancy, aesthetic goal. It is a tool for happiness. Whether I am teaching a Hatha class at a studio in Jayanagar or doing my own flow at home, the focus remains the same: steady, small steps.
