My Approach
Movement is my happy place, but pregnancy and new motherhood flips the script a bit. For my expecting and new moms, I keep it real - we slow things down, laugh at the wobbles, and focus on feeling good, not perfect. Power comes in small steps, not just big leaps.

Hey, I’m Radhika. If you spot me, I’m probably moving—dancing garba (badly) in Gujarat or stretching on a beach in Gokarna. Nature’s my jam, my friends and cousins are my lifelines, and my mat is my anchor. Got engaged recently, wedding madness and all—still, yoga keeps me balanced.
