Connect your breath to movement in these dynamic flows. Whether you are building strength or looking to improve flexibility, these sequences are designed to build heat and focus, with plenty of room to adapt to your own rhythm.

Releasing tension from the body through a mindful flow on a basketball court. This sequence moves through a pistol squat, an arm balance, and into a wild thing pose, showing how yoga can be both powerful and graceful.

Turning sacred silence into a slow flow. Here I am at the Hampi ruins, moving through a sequence that includes reverse warrior and a low plank (chaturanga). Practicing in such a serene location adds a meditative quality to the movement.

This yoga flow is dedicated to the gloomy weather, a reminder that movement can keep you vibrant. The sequence includes a half-moon pose, a dancer's pose, and a transition into an arm balance, all done on an outdoor court.

Flowing with the absolute best. This partner flow focuses on flexibility and synchronization, moving from a three-legged dog into a full split (Hanumanasana). If you want to try flows like this, I can guide you in my classes.

A synchronized flow from a Yoga Day event, moving from wheel pose to downward dog and into a side crow. This shows the dynamic and powerful side of Vinyasa yoga.

Movement can be medicinal if you do it mindfully. This partner flow in the park moves through triangle pose, reverse warrior, and into dancer's pose, all in sync. It’s a beautiful example of a shared practice.

Here is your Sunday motivation to move. This is a classic Vinyasa sequence, flowing from three-legged dog to pigeon pose and into a seated twist. It’s a great way to open the hips and release the spine.

About this collection

I focus heavily on transitions—the space between poses—because that is where you build genuine strength and stability. Whether you are joining me at a studio in Jayanagar or logging in from home, I provide live cues so you’re never left guessing your alignment, even if we’re just focusing on finding a comfortable flow.

Why Vinyasa works for your body

Dynamic Vinyasa isn't just about moving fast. It is about creating a dance-like sequence where your breath dictates your pace. We spend time on flow, but we also respect the pause. My goal is to help you build heat and muscle memory without burning out.

What to expect in class

  • Real-Time Corrections: Whether you are in one of my studio sessions at Emerge or Aayana, or practicing online via Zoom, you get live, verbal feedback. I don't believe in just showing you the pose; I want to make sure you're safe in it.
  • Adaptable Sequences: Not feeling a handstand today? No worries. Every flow includes variations. We modify based on how you feel, not on what a textbook says.
  • Progress, Not Perfection: We fall, we wobble, and we laugh. If you are looking for a space where you can practice without the pressure of being perfect, this is it.

Join a session

If you are in Bengaluru, we can meet for in-person studio sessions where I use props and tactile adjustments to help you deepen your practice. If you prefer the convenience of home, my online group classes offer the same interactive experience. There are no quick fixes, just the consistency of showing up on your mat.

I'm Radhika, and I’m probably stretching on a beach or trying not to fall during a pose. I love movement, but I’m definitely not a fan of perfection—I fall, I laugh, and then I get back up. My classes are all about keeping it real and making yoga work for your body, whether you're a total beginner or an experienced practitioner.
