Acro & Partner Yoga

This is where yoga gets playful. Acro and partner yoga are fantastic for building trust, strength, and communication, and you don't need to come with a partner to join. I create a safe space where we learn to base, fly, and spot for each other.

Strength, Inversions & Arm Balances

Want to get stronger, go upside down, or balance on your hands? This is the place for you. I focus on building foundational strength and teaching the proper techniques to safely achieve poses like headstands, handstands, and crow pose.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flows

This is where we connect breath to movement, creating a dance-like sequence that builds heat, strength, and flexibility. My Vinyasa and power flow classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, with modifications available for everyone.

Yoga in Nature

I love taking my practice outdoors, whether it's on a beach, in a park, or among ancient ruins. These sessions are about connecting with the elements and finding your flow in beautiful, natural settings. I offer outdoor classes and workshops in Bengaluru.

Flexibility & Deep Stretches

If your goal is to touch your toes, do the splits, or just release tension from your body, this is for you. My classes incorporate specific drills and poses to safely increase your range of motion and improve overall flexibility.

My Practice & Progress

Yoga for me is a personal journey of learning and showing up for myself, even on the tough days. Here, I share glimpses of my own practice, the struggles, the breakthroughs, and the fun moments. It's always about progress, not perfection.
