Yoga sessions for strength, flow, and mindfulness
I’m Radhika. My practice is all about showing up, taking baby steps, and finding a bit of joy in every movement. Whether you want to sweat through a Vinyasa flow, try a new inversion, or just chill out with some breathwork, you're welcome here.
This is what my classes are all about: progress, not perfection. Here we are, just a group of people having fun and trying new things like these handstands on the beach in Varkala. It’s about celebrating the journey and the small wins together.
Here’s a sneak peek into one of my corporate yoga sessions at the LinkedIn office. I guide the class through a Vinyasa flow, focusing on alignment and breath, moving from poses like Ardha Hanumanasana to Dhanurasana. It’s a great way to de-stress during the workday.
Acro yoga is one of my favorite styles to teach because it’s all about trust, communication, and play. In my sessions, I guide partners through foundational poses like bird and throne, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone to fly.
This forearm stand is the result of one year of consistent practice and baby steps. My journey with inversions shows that there are no quick fixes, just hard work. In my classes, I help you build the core and shoulder strength needed to progress safely.
This is what my online morning group classes look like. I can see everyone's alignment and give personalized cues, even on Zoom. We work on poses like the downward dog, ensuring you get the benefits of a studio class from the comfort of your home.
I love creating special events for the community, like this International Yoga Day session at Lalbagh. This video is an invitation to a fun day of games, breathwork, and Acro yoga. You don’t even need to bring a partner, just come as you are.
There's nothing like starting the day with yoga and a beautiful sunrise. This was a group session on a hilltop, combining movement with the beauty of nature. My outdoor classes are all about connecting with your surroundings and yourself.
About this collection
Whatever your goal, like touching your toes or holding a handstand, there are no shortcuts. In my sessions, we focus on consistent, safe movement. You won't find rigid, perfect poses here. Instead, we work on how your body actually feels, whether you’re joining from your living room in Bengaluru or hitting a studio session in Jayanagar. Expect real-time feedback, a little bit of falling, and a whole lot of progress.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, not just those who can do a headstand on day one. My approach to teaching is built on two things: consistency and fun. I keep the environment light because I know that if you’re enjoying yourself, you’re more likely to keep showing up.
How We Practice
- Online Group Classes: These are perfect if you want a structured routine without the commute. We meet on Zoom, and I keep the group size manageable so I can give you personal cues and posture corrections. You get recordings of the sessions too, so you don't miss out if life gets in the way.
- In-Studio Sessions: For those in Bengaluru, I teach out of spaces like Emerge and Aayana. These sessions are great for tactile adjustments and using props like bolsters and blocks to deepen your practice safely.
- 1-on-1 Coaching: If you have specific goals—like injury rehab, pregnancy support, or just nailing that first arm balance—we can design a private program. We move at your pace, not mine.
Why No Magic Fixes?
You might see poses on social media that look effortless, but the truth is they take time. My classes are designed to help you build strength and mobility the right way. We focus on breathing properly, aligning the body, and most importantly, listening to what you need on any given day. Whether you’re a total beginner who has never touched a mat or a practitioner looking to refine your technique, we will find that balance together.
