Every tart shell you see here is baked fresh, and I never use pre-made, bottled fillings. When you order our Chocolate and Cherry Jam Tart, you are getting real Himachali cherries that we cook down in our own kitchen. It is this slow, labor-intensive process that ensures our desserts taste like actual food, not just sugary filler.
