About Tarts, Mousses & Dessert Cups
Every tart shell you see here is baked fresh, and I never use pre-made, bottled fillings. When you order our Chocolate and Cherry Jam Tart, you are getting real Himachali cherries that we cook down in our own kitchen. It is this slow, labor-intensive process that ensures our desserts taste like actual food, not just sugary filler.
For me, the joy of a dessert cup or a tart lies in the layers. Whether it is the contrast between a crisp chocolate shell and the tang of fresh, seasonal strawberries or the way our mousse just melts away, these are the treats I make when I want to show off what we can do in our Vashi kitchen.
My approach to these smaller bakes is the same as our cakes: 100% eggless, no preservatives, and high-quality ingredients. You will find our menu changes with the seasons—you might see our Mango-Chilli Basil tarts in the summer or a rich, spiced creation when the weather cools down.
I design these cups and tarts to be portable but sophisticated. They are perfect for when you need a quick pick-me-up at the cafe, or if you need to order a dessert spread for a small office gathering or a cozy birthday at home. Because we use real fruit reductions and artisanal chocolates, these aren't the kind of treats that leave you feeling weighed down.
