About Bomboloni & Italian Treats
Unlike mass-produced doughnuts, our Bomboloni are deep-fried in small batches and filled to the brim the moment you order. You will notice the dough is never greasy because we focus on slow fermentation, keeping that Italian texture light while satisfying your sweet tooth.
Italian traditions, desi heart. That is the philosophy behind our Bomboloni. While the recipe for these Italian-style doughnuts is classic—soft, sugar-dusted, and airy—I tweak the fillings to ensure they hit that sweet spot for the Indian palate.
Take our Coffee Toffee Bomboloni, for example. It is a bold, caffeine-infused custard balanced with deep, buttery toffee notes, designed specifically for those who find standard chocolate fillings a bit too one-note. Then there is the Maritozzo, an often overlooked Roman treat. I split these fluffy brioche-style buns and fill them with house-made whipped cream infused with seasonal fruit, like fresh strawberry.
All our treats are 100% eggless. I spent months perfecting the dough to ensure that omitting eggs does not compromise the structure or the bite you expect from a premium pastry. You get the same golden-brown exterior and pillowy, elastic interior that you would find in any authentic Italian bakery.
