Because I work with a yeast-based brioche dough, I start my process 24 to 48 hours before you pick up your order. This patience creates that pillowy texture you see in the doughnuts and the softness of my Korean garlic buns. Since I operate a small-batch home bakery in Airoli, I don't keep a shelf full of pre-made items; everything you get is baked specifically for you.
When you order a box of my doughnuts or buns, you aren't just buying dessert; you're getting something crafted by hand. I spent months perfecting my eggless brioche recipe to ensure it stays light and airy without needing eggs.
My Signature Bakes
- Brioche Doughnuts: These are my pride and joy. I offer classics like Boston Cream and decadent modern favorites like Biscoff, Nutella, and Belgian Dark Chocolate. Each one is glazed or sugared and filled right before packaging.
- Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Buns: If you prefer savory, these are a must. They are soft brioche buns stuffed with a herbed, garlic-infused cream cheese mix. They are best eaten warm, so I recommend heating them for a few seconds if you're taking them home.

Ordering & Logistics
Since I run this out of my home kitchen in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, I focus on pre-orders. I recommend booking your slots early, especially for weekends or holidays, as I can only handle a set amount of fresh dough each day. Pickup is available, and you can easily send a Dunzo or Porter partner to collect your box if you aren't in the immediate neighborhood.
