The Berliner Collection

My Berliners are little pillows of happiness. I fry them to a perfect golden brown, making sure they have that signature light band around the middle, and then I fill them with all sorts of deliciousness. We have classic custard, rich chocolate, and rotating specials like Raspberry Cheesecake.
