A glimpse into the making of my Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Buns. Soft buns are soaked in a rich garlic butter sauce, filled with sweet cream cheese, and baked until golden. They are then packed up fresh for orders.
Hot Cross Buns, fresh from the oven. These sweet, spiced buns with raisins are an Easter tradition, and I bake them for a limited time only on pre-order. You can see them baking to a perfect golden brown.

I do not use commercial improvers or shortcuts, so the texture stays soft but substantial without any weird additives.
I also bring in bakes that mark the calendar, like my Hot Cross Buns during Easter. These are spiced, fragrant, and baked strictly for short windows. Because I run a small, artisan kitchen, I often bake these as limited-run items.
