This is our 100% Whole Wheat Sourdough. I wanted to show you the entire journey, from mixing the dough and shaping it by hand to the final bake. It's a hearty, wholesome loaf with no refined flour, perfect for a healthy and delicious meal.
Here is my Madras Curry Chicken Poee Sandwich, a true fusion of flavors. I bake the traditional Goan Poee in-house and stuff it with an aromatic Madras-style chicken curry. It’s a little bit of Mumbai, a little bit of Madras, and a whole lot of delicious.

Whether you’re grabbing a loaf of our preservative-free country sourdough for your morning toast or treating yourself to our viral Basque cheesecake, it’s all made from scratch in my Vashi kitchen using clean, honest ingredients.
The Moi Doughssier Philosophy
Baking for me is about stories and memories. When I started, I just wanted to provide honest, preservative-free bread to my neighbors in Navi Mumbai. That passion for quality remains the core of everything I pull out of the oven. We don't use industrial shortcuts; we use patience. Our breads go through a slow fermentation process, often lasting 24 to 48 hours, which makes them better for your gut and richer in flavor.

Everything is baked in small batches in Vashi. Because we focus on fresh ingredients, our menu changes slightly with the season, but the commitment to 'finely crafted decadence' stays the same.
