Welcome to my bakery. This video gives you a peek into our most popular items, from the viral Basque cheesecake with a luscious chocolate pour to our comforting coffee and freshly baked sourdough. It’s a little tour of the comfort and quality I pour into every dish.

This is our 100% Whole Wheat Sourdough. I wanted to show you the entire journey, from mixing the dough and shaping it by hand to the final bake. It's a hearty, wholesome loaf with no refined flour, perfect for a healthy and delicious meal.

Here is my Madras Curry Chicken Poee Sandwich, a true fusion of flavors. I bake the traditional Goan Poee in-house and stuff it with an aromatic Madras-style chicken curry. It’s a little bit of Mumbai, a little bit of Madras, and a whole lot of delicious.

The sound of a perfect croissant is pure music. This video captures the satisfying crackle of the flaky layers and shows the beautiful honeycomb structure inside. This is the result of patience, technique, and high-quality butter.

This is my take on a classic Italian sweet bun, the Maritozzo. I make these with a light, airy dough and fill them generously with a luscious strawberry-infused whipped cream. It's a simple, elegant, and truly decadent treat.
