My Korean buns aren't just bread—they're stuffed with a seriously generous amount of cream cheese and finished with a garlicky, herb-buttered crust. Whether you're craving the classic garlic, a fresh pesto twist, or even a spicy pizza filling, these are baked to order and stay soft, never dry.
I believe savoury bakes deserve as much love as the sweet stuff. That's why I created these options for when you want a real, satisfying snack rather than a sugar rush.
Why these are different
- The Korean Bun Experience: These are essentially a hug in a bun. I slice the brioche base into wedges and soak them in garlic butter before piping in the cream cheese filling. It's rich, savory, and exactly what you want with coffee.
- Baked, Not Fried: My Vada Pav Puffs are my favourite hack for monsoon cravings. You get all that spicy potato goodness and crispy puff pastry without the heaviness of deep-frying. It's a cleaner, lighter version of the Mumbai classic.
