My greatest pride is seeing my students compete on the big stage. These clips show the results of our daily grind, from local practice to the Pro Kabaddi League.

Welcome back to Flex Li from England. He trained with us, went on to play in the Pro Kabaddi League, and now he is back to train again. It shows the trust players have in our training methods.

A proud moment for the academy. Our player Rohit Narwal executing a perfect dive catch at the 70th Senior National Championship in Ahmedabad.

Another brilliant defensive move by our academy player, Rohit Narwal. This back hold at the Senior National Championship shows his skill and training.

This is a review from one of our players. I believe in getting honest feedback, and it's important for new players to hear directly from those who are living and training here.

A player sharing his experience about the discipline at the academy. I am strict about discipline because I believe you must first become a good human being, then a good player. It's tough at first, but those who stay, succeed.

About Our Success Stories

When you see my students executing a perfect dive catch at the Nationals, understand that it didn't happen overnight. It came from thousands of repetitions on our sand and mat courts here in Gurugram. If you are thinking of joining, understand that the first month is the hardest, but that is where the real player is forged. You have to commit to our schedule—not just the training, but the diet and the rest.

Success in Kabaddi is not about one lucky raid or a single tackle. It is about consistency. At my academy, I have seen many players arrive with raw talent but lacking the structure to perform under pressure. My job is to provide that structure.

The Path to Pro Kabaddi

We don't train for the sake of training. We train to compete. Whether it is the Intramural Kabaddi League we organize or state-level championships, I put my students in real match situations constantly. This helps them manage nerves and understand their own game better. You will find that training on sand (mitti) builds the endurance you need for the final minutes of a match, while our synthetic mat sessions sharpen your technical skills like the dubki and chain tackles.

Why Discipline Comes First

I tell every new student the same thing: discipline is non-negotiable. If you cannot wake up for the morning session, follow the prescribed diet, or maintain the hostel code, you will not make it. I have had players who initially struggled with homesickness, but those who stayed and followed the routine eventually made it to the Pro Kabaddi League. We take care of the living arrangements, the hostel in RB Tower, and the nutrition, so your only job is to focus on the game.

Developing Your Game

Whether you are a raider or a defender, I personally oversee the drills. We focus on specific skill development—raiders work on footwork and escape techniques, while defenders master the art of the ankle hold and block. This is not a hobby center. If you are ready for the grind, you will find a pathway here.
