Academy drills are not enough. We run full-contact intramural leagues to test your skills under real match pressure.

A live session from the semi-final of our Intramural Kabaddi Tournament. It's great to see the competitive spirit among the boys, including the sub-junior players who are just 13-14 years old.

The semi-finals of our academy's intramural tournament are underway. Four teams have made it this far, and everyone is fighting for the trophy. This is where champions are made.

Welcome to the Intra Moral Kabaddi Tournament at our academy ground. We have six teams competing over five days. This gives every player valuable match practice against their own teammates.

A moment from a competitive Kabaddi match at night. The atmosphere under the lights is electric, and it's a great experience for the players.

A clip showing one of our academy players in action during a professional league match. This is the goal we work towards every single day.

The closing ceremony of our Intramural League Tournament. We had special guests who shared valuable life lessons with the players. It's not just about Kabaddi, it's about building character.

The champion team of our intramural league, Gurgaon City, with their prizes. Hard work pays off.

The runner-up team, Shining Star, at the prize distribution ceremony. Every player gave their best, and that's what matters.

A powerful tackle during one of our tournament matches on the sand court. This is what pure defensive strength looks like.

A raider escapes a tackle during a semi-final match. The intensity and skill on display during these internal tournaments are very high.

About Intramural & Local Tournaments

Matches are different from practice. In a drill, you repeat a move until it is perfect. In our intramural games, the pressure is real, the scoreboard is running, and your opponent is trying to stop you. We run these internal leagues because you cannot learn how to hold your nerve under a tackle unless you are actually playing against someone trying to break you.

Drills are the foundation, but the tournament is where the player is truly born. Every athlete can look good against a stationary target, but can you execute that same move when you have seconds left on the clock and the opposition defense is closing in?

My academy in Sector 9, Gurugram, operates differently because I know what the Pro Kabaddi League scouts are looking for. They do not just watch your fitness; they watch your decision-making in a live game. Our intramural tournaments run over five days, featuring six distinct teams battling for the trophy. We play both on sand and synthetic mats to ensure you are ready for any surface.

Participating in these leagues is non-negotiable for students aiming for state-level or national championships. You will face different playstyles from your own teammates, learn to handle the noise of the crowd, and discover how to manage your energy throughout a full match. Whether you are a raider perfecting your escape or a defender working on chain tackles, these matches force you to adapt. If you think you are ready to be tested, you are in the right place.

I am Mohit Narwal, and I have seen many good athletes fail because they panic during a real raid. My academy is not just about gym work; it is about putting you in high-pressure match situations day after day. If you want to play for the Pro Kabaddi League, you need to know how to handle the heat of the game.
