Residential Kabaddi Program
Living Arrangements
- Dormitory Stay: Shared accommodation within the academy premises in Sector 9, Gurugram. Includes bunk or single beds with access to attached bathrooms.
- Environment: High-density living setup designed to foster team camaraderie and discipline.
Diet & Nutrition
- Full Board: Includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner prepared in the academy mess.
- Menu: Vegetarian diet with unlimited staples (Roti, Rice, Dal, Seasonal Sabzi).
- Special Meals: High-protein dishes served twice weekly, specifically Palak Paneer on Thursdays and Shahi Paneer on Sundays.
Training Regimen
- Schedule: Two rigorous sessions daily (Morning & Evening) focusing on the Subah-Shaam grind.
- Infrastructure: Access to both standard mats for professional simulation and mud/soil courts for strength building.
- Conditioning: Includes Sunday cross-country running, yoga for flexibility, and specialized drills for raiders and defenders.
Career Pathway
- Selection Support: Mentorship for Federation Cup and State Team selections (Track record includes Bihar, J&K, Goa, UP).
- Exposure: Interaction opportunities with visiting Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) alumni and guaranteed participation in internal tournaments.

Training Schedule
- Timing: Full access to grounds during practice hours (Morning 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and Evening 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM).
- Drills: Supervision by Coach Mohit Narwal with a focus on technical skills like ankle holds, dubki, and toe touches.
Physical Conditioning
- Fitness: Participation in group strength training, cross-country running sessions, and stretching routines.
- Surface Access: Usage of both mat and mud courts during scheduled hours.
Career Support
- Team Selection: Eligibility for selection in the academy's official team for local Haryana and Gurugram tournaments.
- Guidance: Assistance with forms and trial dates for district and state-level pathways.
Exclusions
- Housing & Food: Does not include hostel accommodation or daily meals. Players must arrange their own stay and diet.

Enrollment Process
- Registration: Lifetime enrollment into the academy student database.
- Verification: Scrutiny of 10th Class Marksheet and Aadhar Card to assign correct age-group categories (Sub-Junior, Junior, Senior).
- Guardian Linkage: Processing of ID proofs for parents or guardians.
Academy Kit
- Uniform: Provision of one set of academy-branded practice jersey and shorts.
- Usage: Mandatory for maintaining uniformity during training videos and practice sessions.
Facility Setup
- Access: Generation of facility access permissions and creation of recovery clinic files.

Main Mohit Narwal, aur yahan ek hi rule hai – platform hum dete hain, lekin khelna aapko aana chahiye. (We offer the platform, but you have to prove yourself.) If you want to make a real kabaddi career, mehnat toh pakka karni padegi. I don’t believe in shortcuts. I want to see my students reach the Pro Kabaddi League or play at the Nationals – tabhi asli khushi milti hai.
The Journey to Pro Kabaddi
- Clear roadmap for kabaddi career pathway – start from local/school games, move to state championships, then nationals.
- I guide every step: kaise trial dena hai, kaunse tournaments important hai, kya performance chahiye selection ke liye.
- Patience and consistent performance is a must – yahan jaldi kuch nahi milta.

My Story
Ram Ram dosto, main Mohit Narwal. Guru ji Sunil Narwal ke saath 2015 mein academy shuru ki thi, gaon se hi. Shuruat mein kuch nahi pata tha Pro Kabaddi ka, bas sapna tha ki apne jaise ladke aage badhein. Mehnat ki, batch ke ladke - Neeraj, Amit, Saurabh, Prince - Pro Kabaddi tak pahunch gaye. Jab Neeraj wapas aata hai academy mein, bacho se milta hai, dil khush ho jata hai. Main kehta hoon, shortcut nahi hai, 6-7 saal lagte hain player banne mein. Sirf practice, discipline aur future ki soch.

Training Style - Subah-shaam training, focus on kabaddi footwork training, raider-defender skills, strength, speed. Har Sunday cross country running.
