We train players for all levels, including sub-junior, junior, and senior categories. Our coaching methodology is divided into two distinct environments. We utilize traditional mud courts for building raw strength, endurance, and tackling power, while our standard EVA foam mat training focuses on technical agility, raids, and tournament-specific moves like the Dubki and Lion Jump.
