Consistency is the only secret. Here is a glimpse of how we turn raw talent into disciplined athletes through our daily training routine.

After a hard practice, a little recreation is important. Here the boys are having a fun race, which still builds team spirit and competitiveness.

A training session on the mat. We practice both individual skills and team strategies to prepare for all aspects of the game.

A practice session on the mat, focusing on defensive holds and escapes.

A moment of peace and focus. We sometimes include meditation in our sessions to help players build mental strength and concentration.

A typical morning training session at the academy. The day starts with warm-ups and conditioning drills to prepare the body for the intense skill work that follows.

About Miscellaneous Training Moments

It is not all about the mat. True Kabaddi fitness comes from a mix of morning conditioning, mental focus sessions, and team recreation. I make sure my boys learn to stay calm under pressure, whether they are in a high-stakes match or just doing their daily warm-up runs.

Success in Kabaddi is built in the moments between the highlights. At my academy, we follow a strict regimen that goes beyond basic skill drills. Our day starts early with conditioning, where we focus on stamina, agility, and speed using tire flips, ladder drills, and intense running sessions.

We also prioritize mental strength. Kabaddi is a game that can change in a second, and a player who loses their cool loses the point. That is why you will see us incorporating meditation and focus drills.

I also believe in recreation. After a long, draining practice session, we play casual games. This builds team spirit and helps the boys relax, but it is competitive enough to keep the 'winning' mindset active. If you are looking for a place that focuses on overall athlete development—physical, mental, and tactical—you are in the right place. We prepare you for the Pro Kabaddi League, but the foundation is built right here, every single day, on the ground.
