If you are serious about becoming a professional player, there are no shortcuts here. Join our residential academy for rigorous mat and sand court training, disciplined conditioning, and a clear path to the Pro Kabaddi League.

This is what it takes to become a pro. Here, we focus on drills that build quickness, sharp reflexes, and explosive power. I personally guide every raider to master their footwork, toe touches, and kicks, because on the mat, speed and skill are everything.

It is always a proud moment when Pro Kabaddi stars like Monu Goyat visit the academy. He trained with our boys and shared his experience. This is the level we push our players to reach. *Mehnat aapki, zimmedari hamari.*

A player's focus should only be on the game. I provide a full residential setup at RB Tower, with shared rooms, attached bathrooms, and CCTV for safety. This video gives you a complete tour of our hostel facilities where my players live and grow together.

A professional player needs a professional diet. This is a look at our Thursday lunch: Palak Paneer, fresh salad, and hot tawa rotis. Our in-house canteen ensures every player gets the right nutrition to fuel their performance and recovery.

Technique is everything. Here, I am breaking down the hand touch for a cover defender. It’s not just about speed, but about understanding the defender's movement, creating the right angle, and making every touch count.

Power is non-negotiable in Kabaddi. This drill, doing box step-ups with a weighted bag, builds explosive leg strength. This is crucial for both raiders trying to escape and defenders executing a powerful block.

Speed and agility are what separate a good player from a great one. We use hurdle jumps and cone drills on the sand court to improve footwork, quickness, and the ability to change direction instantly.

We train on both mat and sand. This is a raider perfecting his rear leg back kick on the mat. This skill is a surprise weapon that can score crucial points when the defense least expects it.

A quick look at our morning skill practice on the sand. Even when the weather is rough, the training doesn't stop. Here, you can see raiders and defenders going head-to-head, practicing escapes and blocks with full intensity.

Core strength is the foundation of a powerful athlete. I personally oversee our advanced core training sessions to ensure every player builds the stability and strength needed for the toughest matches.

We train on both sand and synthetic mats because real match conditions change, and so must your game. You get split daily sessions focusing on explosive footwork and defensive blocks that translate directly to tournament performance. Here, we don’t just run drills, we build the engine.
