This is my promise to every player who trains with me. If you put in the work, you will earn a name, rewards, and respect. Here, we are practicing chain formations and direct chain attacks on the mud ground, building coordination and power.
I personally demonstrate and correct every technique. Here, I am teaching the 'second man catch' on the mat. I explain the exact positioning and timing needed to trap the raider, a crucial defensive skill for professional matches.
The real fight happens in the mud. This is a live practice match where players learn to apply their skills under pressure. Watch the defenders coordinate to execute a powerful block, a testament to our rigorous training.
Strength is not just built in the gym. We use natural terrain for conditioning, like this sand hill running drill. This builds explosive leg power and endurance that is unmatched on the kabaddi mat.
Skill is useless without strength. Our indoor gym sessions focus on core strength and functional fitness. Here you can see my players doing plank variations and rope climbing to build the upper body and core muscles essential for kabaddi.

My Coaching Philosophy
I believe a kabaddi player is built, not born. At Future Fighters Kabaddi Academy, we strip away the comfort zone. You might see the photos of us training on the mat, but the real work happens in the mud and on the sand hills. This is where your stamina is tested and your explosive power is built. If you are looking for soft training, look elsewhere. Here, I correct every movement. If your positioning is off during a second man catch, I will tell you. If your timing is slow, we do it again.
The Training Regime
We focus on three pillars: strength, speed, and technique.
- Mat and Mud: We balance the agility needed for indoor mat surfaces with the raw power required for traditional mud kabaddi.
- Conditioning: You will work on agility ladders, hurdles, and medicine balls, alongside dedicated gym sessions focusing on squats and core strength.
- Tactical Drills: We break down complex movements like chain tackles, ankle holds, and bonus point raids into repeatable muscle memory.
Life at the Academy
When you join, you are an athlete first. We provide a full residential setup in Sakatpur, Gurugram. This includes dormitory-style accommodation, high-calorie vegetarian meals designed for recovery, and 24/7 access to training facilities. This is an immersive environment for serious players aiming for state, national, or Pro Kabaddi League selections. You bring the hunger, and I will provide the path.
