Hatha Yoga Sessions
Our yoga classes in Gurugram focus on the fundamentals: flexibility, core strength, and basic asanas. We operate with small batch sizes of 10 to 15 people to ensure the lead instructor can provide manual posture correction. These sessions run 3 to 5 days a week in a clean, mirrored hall. Remember to carry your own mat, as we do not provide them at the venue.
Zumba & Aerobics
If you find typical workouts boring, our dance fitness classes are the solution. We combine Latin-inspired Zumba with rhythmic aerobics to create a high-intensity session that burns calories fast. The music is loud, the energy is high, and the space is designed for movement.
Practical Details
We operate out of an indoor multipurpose hall in Sector 4. It is a non-AC environment, so be ready to sweat. We provide full-length mirrors to help with coordination and form.
