About Zumba & Dance Fitness
Our indoor hall has standard flooring, so please wear good shock-absorbing shoes. It makes a significant difference to your comfort when we are doing high-intensity cardio and dance drills.
We combine Latin-inspired Zumba with rhythmic aerobics to keep the energy high. Our sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long, focusing on HIIT principles to maximize your calorie burn. You will be in a spacious hall with full-length mirrors, which helps everyone keep up with the choreography. We use a PA system for the music, so it stays loud and motivating throughout the workout.
Know before you join
- Shoes: The studio flooring is standard, not sprung wood. Wear quality shoes to protect your joints.
- Intensity: These are high-sweat sessions. Bring a sweat towel and your own water bottle.
- Batch Size: We keep groups small to ensure you get hands-on attention from the instructor rather than just watching from the back.
We focus on moving together, so you do not need any prior dance experience. Whether you are a beginner or looking for a regular workout routine in Sector 4, just show up with energy.
