Monthly Group Badminton Coaching
Schedule & Batch Details
- Frequency: 5 to 6 sessions per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session depending on batch volume.
- Format: Group coaching with mixed age groups.
- Attention Level: Approx 1:10 to 1:12 coach-to-student ratio.
Facility Specifications
- Surface: Green Synthetic PVC Mats (Standard club class).
- Ventilation: High-ceiling metal hall with industrial fans (Non-AC).
- Lighting: High-bay industrial LED lights suitable for evening play.
Training Content
- Shuttles: Nylon shuttles (e.g., Yonex Mavis 350) provided for all drills.
- Fitness: 15-minute mandatory warm-up, jogging, and agility ladder drills.
- Technique: Shadow footwork and manual multi-shuttle feeding by the coach.
- Sparring: Intra-group singles or doubles practice matches in the last 15 mins.
Requirements
- Students must bring their own racket.
- Non-marking shoes are mandatory.
Monthly Table Tennis Coaching
Schedule & Methodology
- Frequency: 3 to 5 sessions per week.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Method: Multi-ball feeding system to improve reflexes and muscle memory.
Equipment & Infrastructure
- Tables: Standard blue ITTF-size competition tables.
- Flooring: Standard hard tiled/concrete flooring (Non-cushioned).
- Balls: 40mm+ Plastic training balls provided by the academy.
Skill Focus
- Basics: Grip correction (Shakehand/Penhold) and service techniques.
- Strokes: Forehand and backhand counter-drives.
- Movement: Side-to-side footwork drills near the table.
- Match Play: Practice sets with peers.
Requirements
- Students must bring their own Table Tennis Racket (Bat).

We do group sessions, mix up drills, and focus on racket sports fitness drills. Our coaches push you to learn the right way, but don’t expect magic overnight. You’ll sweat, fumble, and then get better. The vibe’s always energetic.

My Story
Hey, we’re MM Multi Sports Academy, right here in Gurgaon. Sports is our jam - badminton, skating, archery, you name it. We saw folks running all over town just to play, so we thought, chalo (let’s go), let’s make it easy. All sports, one spot. Hum Fit To India Fit (If we’re fit, India’s fit), that’s our motto. Just pick your sport and come play, simple as that.
