About Group Yoga Classes
This is not a high-end luxury studio. We operate in a functional school hall in Sector 4, which means we focus entirely on the workout. You will need to bring your own yoga mat, but in return, you get actual hands-on posture correction from our trainers, not just someone standing at the front of the room yelling instructions.
Our Approach to Yoga
We teach Hatha Yoga with a heavy focus on foundational strength, flexibility, and core conditioning. The classes are designed for anyone who wants to improve their body mechanics rather than just showing up to follow a generic video.
Practical Details
- Facility: We conduct sessions in a multipurpose indoor hall. It is a non-AC environment that relies on ceiling fans and natural ventilation, so be prepared to sweat.
- Batch Sizes: We cap our groups at 10 to 15 people. This allows our instructors to walk around the room and physically adjust your pose if you are doing something incorrectly.
- Schedule: Sessions are 60 minutes long, running 3 to 5 days a week.
- Requirements: You must bring your own yoga mat. We provide the floor space and the expertise, but you need your own gear to get started.
Who This Is For
This setup works best for people who want to learn the basics of asanas properly and want a trainer who actually pays attention to their form. If you are looking for a fancy locker room and air conditioning, this is not the right place.
