About HIIT hai to FIT hai: Strength & Cardio
You won't find mindless repetition here. I mix battle ropes, agility ladders, and weighted plates to keep your heart rate up and your muscles engaged. I personally fix your form on every squat and plank because doing it right matters more to me than doing it fast.
My philosophy is simple: HIIT hai to FIT hai. Whether you are training at Vault in Rohini or the Fitness Dome in Karol Bagh, the intensity remains the same. I don't rely on expensive, complicated machines. Instead, we use battle ropes for explosive power, step platforms for cardio coordination, and bodyweight movements that you can actually sustain.
I treat my sessions as a community space. You will see fit moms, corporate professionals, and 50 plus individuals all training side by side. We don't do show-offs; we do work. I am there to guide your movement, fix your posture, and push you when you feel like quitting. If you are looking for a place where you can just show up and sweat without any judgment, this is it.
These sessions are about building stamina that lasts throughout your day, not just for the hour we are in the studio. We balance the high-intensity intervals with proper functional drills and finish with stretching to ensure you walk out feeling stronger, not just exhausted.
