About Practical Self-Defense for Women
Forget the complex choreography you see on screen. In a real threat, you have about three seconds to break a grip or strike a vulnerable point before your brain freezes. We focus on that exact moment—when a stranger grabs your wrist or blocks your path—and how to turn that shock into an immediate, physical escape. Our training isn't about becoming an athlete; it's about building the muscle memory you need to act without overthinking.
We don't teach you to fight like a pro athlete because that is not what you need on the street. You need to know how to disrupt an attacker's balance, strike soft targets, and find your way out of dangerous situations.
Why Our Training Is Different
We strip away the 'sport' element. Whether you are dealing with a hair grab at an ATM or a chokehold in a crowded space, we train you in scenarios that mirror real panic. You will learn the mechanics of the jab, the cross, and how to use your environment to your advantage.
What To Expect
- Panic Proofing: Our 2-day intensive focuses on high-stress roleplay inside the MMA cage. We put you in the thick of it so you know what it feels like to breathe through the fear.
- Technical Foundations: Our 1-month and 3-month modules add layers. You will cover ground survival (BJJ), wrist locks, and escape drills until the movements become automatic.
- The Environment: This is a judgment-free zone. Many women come to us thinking they are not 'fit enough.' Fitness is a byproduct of what we do, not a requirement to start.
Our rule is simple: 'Aap jo self defense seekh rahe ho na, hum aapas mein ek doosre ko nahi maarenge' (The self-defense you are learning, we won't use it to hit each other). We are here to protect, not to hurt. We provide the gear, the mats, and the coaching. You just need to bring the willingness to learn.
