About Our Space & Vibe
We believe your environment dictates your focus. Our Vikaspuri studio is not about fancy machines; it is about the tools you actually need to build combat skills. You will find a dedicated MMA cage for sparring, heavy bags for striking drills, and specialized mats for ground work and BJJ. When you walk in, you are not just seeing gear; you are seeing the exact space where our students prepare for local competitions and master everyday self-defense techniques.
Training Environment
We stripped away the gym fluff. You won't find treadmills with touchscreens here. Instead, our facility is equipped with the essentials for real-world combat:
- The Cage: A dedicated area to simulate real-fight scenarios, providing a safe but realistic boundary for sparring.
- Combat Gear: Wall-mounted bags, communal Thai pads, and heavy conditioning equipment like kettlebells and tires.
- Safe Flooring: We use 25mm EVA puzzle mats specifically designed to absorb impact and minimize injury during ground grappling or takedown practice.

At Sanshinkan, the space reflects our motto: 'Respect and Discipline.' Whether you are a kid nervously tying your belt or a professional fighter getting ready for a bout, the energy remains consistent. We keep the facility clean and organized, not for aesthetics, but because we believe a cluttered gym leads to a cluttered mind.

We operate out of Vikaspuri and Rohini. We encourage you to come by, not just to look, but to step onto the mats. The best way to understand our 'no-nonsense' approach is to experience it during a live session. Our instructors are on hand to show you how we mix fitness and combat, and you are welcome to sit in on a class to see if our family is the right fit for your goals.
