Fitness That Feels Like a Party

I don’t believe in waiting till Monday or starting “kal se” (from tomorrow). The best time to get fitter is now, and I make sure you never get bored enough to quit. My group fitness classes are packed with energy and variety so aap bore ho hi nahi sakte (you just can't get bored).

What We Do Different

  • Every class is fresh - seriously, I don’t repeat a session for three months.
  • We mix it up with Zumba, Bhangra, HIIT, Tabata, Yoga, Pranayama, Aerobics, Step Aerobics, and even Chair Yoga for those who want something gentler.
  • Whether you want to join in-studio or from your living room, our hybrid fitness classes make it super flexible.
  • I keep an eye on everyone, even online. No skipping reps, koi cheating nahi (no cheating), promise!

More Than Just Sweat

  • It’s not only about weight loss. My classes are about feeling stronger, boosting stamina, and finally getting that group exercise motivation.
  • You’ll join a dance workout group where everybody is in it together - we call ourselves Misakians, and yes, we actually cheer each other on.
  • I get the real-life struggles - “Ma’am, bina roti-chawal ke pet nahi bharta” (Ma’am, I can’t feel full without roti and rice) - so we focus on balance, not punishment.

My Story

Hi, I’m Kajal, founder of Misaki. 2013 se shuru kiya tha – bas ek choti si soch ke saath: fitness with a twist. Ab 12 saal ho gaye, sweat and smiles, 15 studios, and a team that’s like family. Meri sabse badi khushi? Jab koi weight lose karta hai, ya bolta hai ‘Kajal ma’am, pain gaya!’ Yaha pe, hum sab ek dusre ko push karte hain – ek community hai, business nahi. Misakians ka energy hi sab kuch hai.
