Kids Dance & Activity Program
Schedule
Classes conducted 3 days a week, typically on alternate days.
Curriculum

Performance
Regular practice for studio showcases and seasonal festival performances to build stage confidence.

Access to specific time slots, including early morning (5 AM) batches.

Choreography and exercises adapted for small home spaces, mirroring the studio's high energy Zumba and Aerobics routines.
Wedding & Event Choreography
Service Scope
Creation of custom dance steps tailored to the group's skill level for weddings or corporate events.
Rehearsal
Includes 2 to 3 hours of in studio practice sessions to learn the routine under instructor supervision.
Music & Support
Assistance with music track editing and provision of a practice video for home rehearsals.

Pricing covers instruction only; costumes and backup dancers are not included.

Daily access 5-6 days a week with options for Morning, Evening, or Ladies Special (12 PM) batches.
Workout Styles
Weekly rotation of Zumba, Bollywood Dance Therapy, Bhangra Workout, and Aerobics.
Studio Facilities
Air conditioned floor with full length mirrors, laminate flooring, and club style LED lighting.
Equipment Used
Sessions utilize studio provided 1kg to 2kg dumbbells and aerobic steppers for toning exercises.

Dance is My Therapy
For me, dance is more than just a workout - it’s how I clear my head and connect with people. At Misaki, you’ll find real energy, real sweat, and a bunch of people cheering for each other. We’re called the Misaki family because everyone fits in, no matter your age or skill level.
What You’ll Get
- Group classes for all levels, with a different vibe every day - high-energy Zumba classes, Bollywood dance fitness, Bhangra, and Dance Aerobics. We switch it up a lot, taaki aap bore na ho (so you don’t get bored).
- Ladies-only batches at our Vasundhara studio, if you want a comfortable women’s space.
- Kids’ dance coordination drills three days a week, where little ones learn to move and have fun.
- Wedding sangeet choreography, plus performances for any special event or corporate function. I’ll help your group create something memorable.
The Misaki Vibe
Expect loads of josh and masti (energy and fun). Nobody judges here. Doesn’t matter if you’re 16 or 76 - we’ve got members at every age, smashing goals, some even losing 10 kilos. I hear “Monday se karenge” (I’ll start from Monday) a lot, but I say, just start now. Mann toh dekhiye chanchal hai (the mind is fickle), but if you show up, you’ll surprise yourself.

My Experience
I’m certified in Zumba, Bollywood, Hiphop, and Bhangra, with 5 years of Kathak training. So you get a mix of fitness, fun, and a bit of grace every time you step in.

My Story
Hi, I’m Kajal, founder of Misaki. 2013 se shuru kiya tha – bas ek choti si soch ke saath: fitness with a twist. Ab 12 saal ho gaye, sweat and smiles, 15 studios, and a team that’s like family. Meri sabse badi khushi? Jab koi weight lose karta hai, ya bolta hai ‘Kajal ma’am, pain gaya!’ Yaha pe, hum sab ek dusre ko push karte hain – ek community hai, business nahi. Misakians ka energy hi sab kuch hai.
