Parents often tell me their kids do not feel forced to perform, and that is the biggest compliment I could ask for. Whether it is a 3-year-old learning their first forward roll or a 5-year-old mastering a cartwheel, the goal is always to keep it a masti ki pathshala. When children are not scared of the teacher or the process, they naturally find the confidence to move better, faster, and with way more joy.
Gymnastics and dance are more than just physical activities for us. At MDFC, we treat them as tools to build personality and resilience. We see it every day in our Sector 45 studio: a toddler who was shy in the first week starts leading the class by the fourth.
We focus on keeping the environment light and supportive. For our younger ones, the focus is on motor skills, balance, and rhythm. As they grow into our junior gymnastics programs, we shift to core strength and more technical skills like cartwheels and handstands.
Safety is our priority, with thick 25mm mats and manual spotting, but we never let safety get in the way of having fun. Parents appreciate that we offer flexibility too, with at-home coaching for Gurgaon and South Delhi, so your child can practice in the comfort of their own space.
