Safety and trust are paramount when learning advanced skills. Here, I am spotting a student as she practices her back walkover, providing the support she needs to execute the move with confidence.

I provide 100% hands-on spotting for every attempt, and we use thick, heavy-duty crash mats so they can practice without fear. It is all about building confidence at their own pace, not forcing them to hit a goal before they are ready.

Gymnastics at MDFC is not just about the moves; it is about how a child feels when they finally stick that landing. My approach starts with building a solid foundation of core strength and flexibility. We move from basic rolls and cartwheels to more advanced skills like back walkovers and handsprings only when the child is physically and mentally ready.

We keep our classes tight and supervised. Whether we are in our Sector 45 studio or I am visiting your home in Gurgaon or South Delhi, the goal remains the same: safe progression. I use 4-6 inch crash mats and provide manual spotting for every inversion, ensuring your child learns the correct technique without risk of injury. This isn't just about training athletes; it's about helping shy kids open up and energetic kids find a focus for their energy. If your child is 5 or older, our Mon/Wed/Fri batches are perfect for consistent, progressive growth in a group environment where they can cheer each other on.
