Because we skip preservatives entirely, our baking schedule is tight—if you are planning a celebration, reaching out at least a day or two early ensures we can source the freshest seasonal fruits and keep our couverture chocolate tempered perfectly for your order.

Everything you see in our gallery is baked fresh. We don’t hold inventory or use shelf-stable preservatives, which means our pantry relies on daily deliveries of fresh Alphonso mangoes, fine dark chocolate, and other high-quality ingredients. This process takes more time and coordination, but it is the only way to achieve the texture and flavor that our clients expect from a premium Mumbai bakery.
