About Martial Arts for Kids
I teach martial arts to kids by breaking down complex movements into simple, fun steps that build muscle memory. Whether we are training in a society park or my center in Patparganj, my focus remains the same: I want your child to learn discipline and focus while getting active. When they nail a new technique, you will hear me say, 'bahut badhiya, shaabaash!' because that encouragement is how we build a warrior spirit.
Martial arts is about more than fighting. For children, it is a way to develop coordination, discipline, and a strong sense of self. My training program covers the essentials of Taekwondo, kickboxing, and basic self-defense tailored specifically for younger students.
What you can expect from my classes:

- Structured Discipline: Every session includes a warm-up, skill-building drills, and a cooling-down period to teach kids the value of consistency.

- Respect and Etiquette: Martial arts is rooted in respect. We start and end classes with traditional bows, teaching kids to respect their coach, their peers, and themselves.
I offer flexible training options to suit your schedule. You can bring your child to my center in Patparganj, or if you have a group of kids in your society, I can come to you. We hold regular outdoor sessions in parks and society premises across Patparganj, Madhu Vihar, and surrounding areas. These sessions are great for neighbors to train together in a familiar environment.
