About Real-World Self-Defense
In these sessions, we don’t just show you how to block; we break down every move in slow motion so you understand the leverage needed to escape holds like collar grabs or headlocks. It is about using your attacker’s momentum against them, which is exactly why my students feel a boost in confidence after just a few sessions.
Self-defense is not about being a superhero; it is about preparation and having the right tools. When I train students, we focus on scenarios you might actually face on the street, like collar grabs, wrist holds, or headlocks. You will notice in the training clips that we emphasize breaking down movements in slow motion. This helps you understand how to shift your weight and use an opponent’s momentum against them. It is not about brute strength.
Whether you are looking for personal training in Patparganj or a self-defense workshop for your society, my approach remains the same: discipline, repetition, and a lot of encouragement. When you nail a technique, you will hear me say, bahut badhiya, shaabaash! because those small victories build the confidence you need to stay safe.
We cover multiple disciplines here, including MMA, kickboxing, and Taekwondo, all of which contribute to your overall conditioning and speed. If you are training at home, I adapt the exercises to your living space, using portable focus pads and shielding to ensure you get a high-intensity workout without needing a full gym setup. We also provide specialized women’s self-defense workshops where we focus on practical scenarios and quick escapes.
My goal is to make sure that by the time we finish a session, you are not just tired; you are technically sharper. Whether you are a beginner looking to get fit or someone serious about learning how to defend yourself in real-world situations, we start from where you are today. Let’s train, sweat, and get that warrior spirit moving.
