I teach MMA, kickboxing, and conditioning to help you build real strength and discipline. Whether you are a beginner or looking to level up, we focus on technique, power, and finding your fighter spirit.

About Kickboxing & MMA Fitness

Whether you are training at my center or having me visit your home, the 60-minute session remains strict and goal-oriented. We start with 10 minutes of dynamic warm-up, dive into 30 minutes of technical drills—focusing on stance and footwork—and finish with intense pad work and conditioning. When you nail a technique, you will hear me say, 'bahut badhiya, shaabaash!' because that is how we build the warrior spirit.
