About Kickboxing & MMA Fitness
Whether you are training at my center or having me visit your home, the 60-minute session remains strict and goal-oriented. We start with 10 minutes of dynamic warm-up, dive into 30 minutes of technical drills—focusing on stance and footwork—and finish with intense pad work and conditioning. When you nail a technique, you will hear me say, 'bahut badhiya, shaabaash!' because that is how we build the warrior spirit.
My training is built for those who want real results, not just a casual workout. MMA and kickboxing are about precision, core strength, and discipline.
What you can expect:
- Technical Precision: We work on your stance, punches, and kicks until they are second nature. I do not just show you how to move; I correct your form so you avoid injury and gain power.
- Conditioning: We use heavy bags, battle ropes, and bodyweight exercises to get you fit.
- Real-World Application: You are not just punching the air. We focus on controlled sparring and pad work so you learn how to handle impact and distance.
Training Options:
- Studio Training: Come to my centers in Patparganj, Vasundhara, or surrounding areas. You get full access to professional mats, heavy bags, and mirrors for form correction.
- At-Home/Society Training: I travel to your location across Delhi NCR. I bring the portable pads, shields, and bands. Whether you are in Madhu Vihar, IP Extension, or Chander Nagar, we can set up a session in your living room, terrace, or society park.
