- Sparring: For those ready to progress, we hold controlled, light-contact sparring. This is safe, monitored, and designed to improve your reaction speed without unnecessary risk.
Training Options That Fit Your Life: We know that travel is often the biggest barrier to consistency. That is why we offer flexible options:
- At Our Center: Our Patparganj facility provides a professional environment with mats, heavy bags, and mirrors for form correction.
- At Your Location: We bring the training to you. If you have a society park, terrace, or living room, we adapt the workout to that space. We bring all the necessary gear—pads, shields, and resistance bands.
- Group Sessions: We conduct sessions for societies and schools, which is a great way to build community discipline while learning essential skills.
