Whether you are picking a rich chocolate glaze for a birthday or something lighter for a brunch, giving me that buffer ensures I can source the freshest flowers for your topping and time the bake just right.

When I bake these, the goal is a dense, pound-cake style crumb that remains moist for days. I steer clear of pre-mixes completely, relying instead on organic flour, bura sugar, and pure butter to build the flavour profile from the ground up.
