For my signature Christmas Rum Fruit Cake, the 16 varieties of fruit are soaked in premium spirits for two full months before they hit the oven. This isn't just about flavour, it is about patience, because that deep, rich, and moist texture simply cannot be rushed by a quick soak.
Festivals deserve more than mass-produced sweets. Whether it is a chilly winter evening or a warm Rakhi celebration, I believe the food on your table should taste like it was made at home—because it is.
The 'From Scratch' Festive Promise
When you order from my seasonal menu, you aren't getting something pulled off a shelf.
- Christmas Specials: My Plum Cake is a labour of love. I start prepping months in advance, soaking mixed dried fruits in rum and spices to develop that complex, depth-filled flavour profile. It is the real deal, packed with fruits and zero artificial additives.
- Rakhi & Diwali Hampers: I assemble these using my best-selling tea cakes, cookies, and brownies. These hampers are perfect for gifting because they reflect the quality of ingredients I use every day—organic flour, bura sugar, and couverture chocolate.
How Ordering Works
Because I avoid premixes and preservatives, I bake to order.
- Lead Time: For seasonal cakes, a 24 to 48-hour notice is ideal so I can ensure the sponge is at its absolute best.
- Logistics: You can pick up your treats from my bakery in Sector 86, Gurugram, or I can arrange delivery across Delhi NCR.
- Storage: Since these are preservative-free, they stay best when consumed within a few days, or refrigerated as instructed.
