Our most loved cake of the week: the Lemon Raspberry Vanilla cake. It has a zesty lemon sponge, a tangy raspberry ribbon, and is topped with silky vanilla buttercream.
This week's favourite is the Chocolate & Orange Marmalade Cake. The decadent chocolate is perfectly balanced with a bright, citrusy kick from the marmalade.
A summer twist on a classic, my Summer Neapolitan Cake. This loaf features beautiful swirls of creamy mango, rich chocolate, and smooth vanilla batter.
For the adventurous palate, my Miso & Black Sesame Cake. This loaf has a bold, nutty, and earthy flavour, balanced with a silky caramel sauce.
The flavour of the week is this dreamy Strawberry Nutella Cake. It's a perfect fusion of rich, creamy Nutella and fresh, sweet strawberries layered to perfection.

About Handcrafted Tea Cakes & Loaves
I don’t keep ready-made stock sitting on a shelf. Every loaf is baked only after you order, which means you need to plan for a 24-hour lead time. This ensures the texture stays soft and moist, exactly as it should be when it leaves my oven.
When I bake, I think about the texture and the ingredients first. I skip the refined sugar and use bura sugar, which adds a lovely depth without that cloying sweetness. Using organic flour and real butter isn't just a choice—it’s the reason why my cakes don't leave you feeling heavy.
Whether it’s a classic Banana loaf for your morning tea or something more adventurous like my Miso & Black Sesame cake, the process stays the same: no premixes, no artificial flavours, and zero preservatives. Since I don't use synthetic preservatives, these cakes are at their best when consumed within 2-3 days at room temperature, or up to 5 days if you keep them refrigerated.
I offer a variety of sizes and flavour profiles, from comforting classics to fusion twists.
