About Indulgent Dessert Tubs
Because these tubs contain fresh cream and mascarpone without preservatives, they need to be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. I don't use long-shelf-life additives, so they taste best when enjoyed within 2-3 days of reaching you.
When I started my dessert tub line, I wanted to create something that didn't feel like a factory-made snack. Each tub is built with three distinct layers: a dense base of brownie or sponge, a signature creamy filling using real Mascarpone cheese, and a fresh compote or sauce topping.
My Callebaut Brownie and Tiramisu Tub is a personal favourite. It uses authentic coffee-soaked Savoiardi biscuits layered with velvety mascarpone and cocoa, creating a balance that isn't overly sweet. For summer, I make the Alphonso Mango Misu, using fresh mango puree and seasonal fruit—sab kuch fresh.
These tubs are perfect for small gatherings or a quiet indulgence at home. Since I don't rely on pre-mixes, the textures vary by design, offering a soft, spoonable experience that you won't get from standard bakery offerings. I prefer to keep my ingredient list short and honest.
