I’m Madhur and for me, baking is about real ingredients, not shortcuts. I use stuff like couverture chocolate, organic flour, and bura sugar. No premixes here - just pure indulgence. Sometimes I get nervous trying new recipes, but that’s just part of the journey. When sab kuch (everything) works out, feels awesome.

I run a free online baking club. Every month, I share a fresh recipe straight from my kitchen. It’s about experimenting, learning together, and growing a baking club community. Sometimes the bakes are gooey, sometimes classic, but always something new.

Cupcake Decorating Classes for Kids

At my Gurugram studio, I host hands-on cupcake decorating classes for kids. They bake everything from scratch and get super creative with piping and toppings. Had an 8-year-old invent his own flavours - kids surprise me every time!

My Kitchen Tricks

A pinch of coffee powder makes chocolate cakes richer (don’t worry, you won’t taste the coffee). Always add salt to balance your cakes. For a shiny glaze, pour it over a frozen cake. These little things make a big difference.

My Story

Hey, I’m Madhur and Marshmadoh is my happy place since 2017. Baking is my jam, especially tea cakes – I eat as much as I bake, no shame! If a sponge flops, I just patch it up, that’s real kitchen life. The best bit? When someone bites into my cake and just smiles. Kids going nuts for their dino cake, adults loving the honest ingredients – that’s the magic. My baking club and e-book are just ways to spread that joy.
