You won't find any ready-made stock here. Every cake or brownie you see is baked only after you place your order, which means I need about 24 hours notice to get your ingredients ready and your bake perfectly timed.

Baking for me is a way to share joy. Whether it is a loaf of tea cake or a layered dessert tub, I stick to ingredients I trust. This means using organic flour, bura sugar, and genuine Belgian couverture chocolate instead of processed alternatives. I do not keep readymade items sitting on a shelf. When you place an order, I start the preparation process specifically for you. This approach requires a bit of patience, as I need at least a day to handle the baking and cooling process, but it ensures that the product you receive is at its peak of flavor. From bundt cakes topped with gold varq to brownie boxes packed with sea salt and nuts, each item is a reflection of my commitment to baking from scratch. I manage all operations from my bakery in Sector 86, Gurugram.
