My Approach to Florals and Finishes
I love working with natural elements. I often use fresh, non-toxic flowers like roses, carnations, and baby's breath to give cakes a soft, organic look. If you prefer something more lasting, we can incorporate dried foliage like pampas grass or delicate edible sugar flowers.
My buttercream technique is where the art happens. I use palette knives to create watercolor effects, ombre transitions, and textured finishes that give the cake depth. For that final touch of luxury, I apply edible gold or silver leaf, which catches the light and makes the whole design pop.
Customization and Logistics
Every cake is made fresh to order in my Noida kitchen. Because these are complex designs, I typically need at least 2 days' notice to prepare the sponge, set the structural dowels, and source the fresh flowers.

- Pricing: My tiered and floral cakes start from ₹1800 per kg for standard buttercream finishes and go up for more complex designs.
- Transport: If you are ordering a multi-tier cake, I package it in a heavy-duty tall cake box to ensure it reaches your venue in perfect condition. Pickup from my Sector 47 kitchen is encouraged, though I can arrange delivery across Delhi NCR.
