Why I Bake
Baking is my way of sharing happiness. I don't do shortcuts - everything starts from scratch, using ingredients I pick myself. No pre-mixes, no fake flavours. I use bura sugar instead of regular sugar, and only real Couverture or Belgian chocolate. Jo khaoge, woh asli hoga (what you eat will be the real deal).
What I Make
- Handcrafted tea cakes and loaves, from Classic Marble to Miso & Black Sesame. Christmas time? My Rum Fruit Cake is loaded with 18 types of rum-soaked fruit.
- Belgian chocolate brownies for hardcore chocolate fans. Deep, gooey, and proper cocoa punch.
- Layered dessert tubs like Tiramisu, Mango Misu, and Strawberry Misu - messy, indulgent, and fun to eat.
- Elegant bundt cakes, finished with fresh flowers, gold varq, and your pick of sauces. I like making these extra special for celebrations.
Freshness First
Sab kuch fresh banta hai (everything is made fresh). I don't keep ready-made stock, so you might wait a bit, but what you get is made just for you - never reheated, never left sitting.

My Story
Hey, I’m Madhur and Marshmadoh is my happy place since 2017. Baking is my jam, especially tea cakes – I eat as much as I bake, no shame! If a sponge flops, I just patch it up, that’s real kitchen life. The best bit? When someone bites into my cake and just smiles.
