Yoga is my way to find peace, and I want you to find yours too. Whether you’re looking to stretch out after a long day or just starting your journey, my sessions focus on you—your body, your breath, your pace.

A look inside our adult yoga group session. We move together through a sequence of poses, including seated meditation, downward dog, and warrior poses, ending with deep relaxation.

From dynamic standing poses to calming floor stretches, our morning fitness sessions are designed to awaken the body and center the mind for the day ahead.

This young yogi is practicing Vasisthasana (Side Plank Pose), which is excellent for building arm and core strength. I make sure our kids' yoga classes are both playful and beneficial.

A moment of calm as our youngest students practice simple meditation at the start of their yoga class. Teaching mindfulness early helps build focus and emotional regulation.

Another one of our students from the summer camp, confidently holding a modified side plank. It's amazing to see their progress and growing love for yoga.

Our pre-teens work on Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) in this class. This pose is fantastic for stretching the entire body and improving balance.

This video shows a typical kids' yoga class in action, moving from warm-ups to poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose). The goal is to make fitness a lifelong, joyful habit.

About Yoga for Mind & Body

My studio isn't a silent, intimidating hall where you have to worry about how deep your stretch is. We practice on professional-grade shock-absorbing wooden flooring with air conditioning, which makes a huge difference when you’re holding a pose like Trikonasana or moving through a vinyasa flow. Whether you are a total beginner or have been practicing for years, the focus is on feeling good in your own skin, not looking perfect.
