About this collection

Forget 'fitness boxing'—we train for the cage. You will need your own hand wraps and gloves, but we provide the professional pads, heavy bags, and the coaches who will push your rhythm until your striking combinations become second nature. We do not just count reps here; we actively correct your footwork and striking mechanics in every single session.

Training That Prepares You for the Cage

At UMC, our pad work isn't just a warm-up. It is the core of our fighter development program. Whether you are aiming for a competition or simply want to learn how to strike with proper intent, our sessions focus on the same drills that have helped our athletes secure medals at state and national WAKO championships.

What You Can Expect

  • Technical Breakdown: We break down every strike—jabs, crosses, hooks, and kicks—to ensure your form is tight and energy-efficient. You will learn to generate power from your core and legs, not just your arms.
  • Reaction Speed: We don't just stand still. Our coaches move with you, forcing you to adjust your distance, timing, and defensive guard while you strike.
  • Conditioning Integration: Expect to weave explosive sprints, battle ropes, and bodyweight circuits between rounds. This prepares your heart and lungs for the intensity of real sparring.
  • Standardized Progression: We follow a structured belt grading system affiliated with WAKO Karnataka. If you are serious about your progress, you have a clear path to follow here.

Why Our Facility Matters

Training in a crowded commercial gym with one mirror and a flimsy bag is not the same as training in a dojo. Our HSR Layout facility houses a full-size MMA fighting cage, and our Kodichikkanahalli location is equipped with professional tatami mats and various heavy bags designed for all levels of impact. When you practice your striking here, you are doing it in an environment built for combat sports.

We welcome everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned fighters. Just bring your own gloves and wraps, a bottle of water, and the discipline to show up consistently. The cage is waiting.
